Check out Episode 120 of the Tissue In The Tape podcast. You Gotta Flo Jo. Sure that could simply serve as a birthday shoutout to Don Cartegena but we are also paying homage to one of our favorite athletes of all time, Florence Griffith-Joyner. She touched our lives in a way that shaped who are today. So as the Olympics come to a close, we remember her. We also played joints by Damian Lillard (So Gone Challenge), Locksmith ("Black Hole"), Mick Jenkins ("Spread Love"), and Isaiah Rashad (I Mean). It's been a couple of weeks, catch up with us.. It's The Tape, Y'all.

With the Olympics approaching, the story thus far has been the guys who have decided not to show up. LeBron James, Steph Curry, and others took a pass on the 2016 team in Rio, but one player is more than a familiar face on the roster, Carmelo Anthony. He is the first American basketball player to participate in four Olympic games, and may shatter multiple USA records this time around. But, what does that mean for Melo's legacy?
Also, do we consider James Harden "great"? And does Klay Thompson have to make sacrifices for the Warriors to succeed?
