California wants to give college athletes the ability to make money off of their likenesses. Of course, the NCAA doesn’t like that. It may not matter: if/when it becomes law, it’ll open the floodgates in every other state. And speaking of floodgates, is there any way to stem the tide of foreign teams smoking Team USA in basketball competitions?
