We recently had a chance to partner with Eastern State Penitentiary for their Hidden Lives Illuminated program to discuss the intersection of food and the criminal justice system. In our first interview, we sat down with Chef Todd Lewis, Director of the Culinary Arts Program at the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. And for our second interview, we talked with Chef Kurt Evans, the culinary adviser for the Drive Change program in Brooklyn, NY and the founder of the End Mass Incarceration Dinner series.
