Welcome to "The Mad Scientist's Sports Lab", the 2015 Online Media Award Winning Podcast by What A Fan, part of the War Room Sports Podcast Network, sponsored by DeWalt Brewing Company, and hosted by "The Mad Scientist of Sports" Nick Ficorelli and "The Nutty Professor" Andrew Gluchov. This is not the average everyday sports show they are bringing to the air waves. "The Mad Scientist" has created his own personal sports lab, and you, the audience, as well as many of his special guests, will be his test subjects. He will throw theories out, and you never know where they will be coming from. He will keep everyone guessing, and he will open his lab to any and all comers. Be prepared for "mad science" sports talk at its best.
This week on "The Mad Scientist's Sports Lab", we will be talking NBA Playoffs, Stanley Cup Playoffs, baseball, and of course, the news of the week. At the start, we have Joshua Greenberg of Last Word on Sports to talk some baseball - are the Angels really thinking of trading Mike Trout, is Bryce Harper or Manny Machado going to be the first 400-500 million dollar men, are the Yankees going to be sellers, and more. Then we have Bryan Yates of NHL On The Ice and Chris Wassel of Project Roto to talk about the Stanley Cup Playoffs - preview of the conference finals, are the Capitals destined to be playoff busts forever, and more. At the top of hour #2, we have Jovan Alford of Total Sports Live to talk NBA Playoffs - did we see the end of the Spurs dynasty, can the Thunder take the Warriors, and will Cleveland lose another playoff game in the east?
The beacons are lit, the experiments are on the board, and the test subjects are at the ready. The Mad Scientist's Sports Lab is officially open for business.

The NBA playoffs are in full-force, with some interesting story lines throughout. The hosts will tackle some: Can the Cleveland Cavaliers continue to shoot lights out from beyond the arc? And are they poised for an NBA championship? What do the Warriors look like without Steph Curry? Did Kyle Lowry finally reclaim his body that was abducted by Ricky Davis earlier in the playoffs?
Also, we will discuss who you would rather start your team with: Kawhi Leonard, or Draymond Green?
